Are you a creative marketer who loves turning ideas into action? WorkForge is looking for a hands-on, detail-savvy Marketing Manager to help us grow our brand, boost engagement, and drive demand across digital, content, events, and more.
This role is all about making things happen—whether you're launching pre-show buzz for a trade event, refreshing website content to support a new campaign, or cooking up social posts that get people talking. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and the rest of our dynamic marketing team to bring smart, effective marketing campaigns to life in a fast-moving environment.
If you're ready to roll up your sleeves, experiment with new ideas, and have some fun along the way—we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
- Events & Trade Shows
- Help plan and run trade shows and events—from booth setup to campaign follow-up.
- Work with Sales to build pre- and post-show campaigns that actually drive leads.
- Keep our materials (and our presence) looking sharp and on-brand.
- Track event performance and help us get better every time.
- Website Content & Optimization
- Keep the website fresh and user-friendly, aligned with current campaigns and messaging.
- Use AI tools to spot content gaps, improve UX, and better understand what users need.
- Coordinate updates with internal teams and outside vendors.
- Social Media & Content
- Own our content calendar and create posts that feel authentic, helpful, and worth clicking.
- Grow our reach and engagement on LinkedIn and other platforms where our people hang out.
- Use data (and a little creative instinct) to adjust and improve over time.
- Campaigns & Collaboration
- Help execute email newsletters.
- Support content creation across blog posts, marketing assets, and paid media.
- Partner with designers, SMEs, and other teammates to get things done.
What You Bring:
- 4–6 years of experience in B2B marketing—bonus points for industrial, HR tech, or L&D experience.
- Hands-on skills with tools like HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, and paid platforms.
- Experience using AI tools for content or marketing analysis is a big plus.
- Strong attention to detail, solid writing chops, and a willingness to dive into new projects.
- A team player mindset—you’re proactive, dependable, and good with feedback loops.
