Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Own outbound lead generation efforts, including identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
- Sales Strategy Support: Assist in executing sales strategies for your territory, contributing to sales targets and growth goals.
- Client Relationship Building: Initiate and nurture relationships with prospects to generate interest and effectively communicate the value of WorkForge’s solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation of sales activities in the CRM.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and other teams to ensure successful lead handoffs and maximize business opportunities.
- Market Insights: Provide feedback on trends and competitor activities to help shape sales strategies and marketing efforts.
Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record of lead generation and meeting targets.
- Experience with SaaS, eLearning, or tech solutions is a plus.
- Results-driven with a passion for driving business growth and solving client challenges.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers.
- A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with a distributed team.
